Unique artwork in mixed polymeric technique on canvas measuring 70x100 cm. Polymeric painting is a means of artistic expression in which the artist works in absolute freedom, using materials that are not usually used in traditional painting techniques. The term "painting" may be reductive when applied to this type of work, whereas "polymeric" (various materials) is quite explanatory and already gives a precise idea of the type of painting. These materials are composed and assembled on the support along with the paint. Color mixes with the material to enhance the expressive possibilities of simple painting by adding characteristics that are normally incompatible with it. Classical painting is a two-dimensional expression, while in polymeric painting, the artist tends to break free from this dimension to project into space, thus creating three-dimensional, tactile, and volumetric effects.
